Christmas in Nicaragua is full of colour—parades in the streets, music in the air, families gathering wherever they can. But behind the lights and laughter, many children face a very different reality at the end of the year: empty tables, worn-out shoes, and little hope of a Christmas gift. It was into that gap that the Nicaragua Children Christmas Support outreach was born, a simple idea to make sure that in this season, no child is forgotten.

What started as a burden in prayer became a beautiful move of compassion as churches, partners, and friends of Bethesda Foundation International came together to provide food packs, gifts, and practical support for children and their families. Alongside toys and treats came something even more precious: time, prayer, songs, and the message that God sees you, God loves you, and you matter.
