Across Central America, many communities face daily challenges in accessing basic healthcare, preventive information, and compassionate support. In response, Bethesda Foundation International is partnering with local churches, medical professionals, and volunteers to bring Christ-centred medical outreaches to some of the most underserved areas in the region.

Through these programs, we aim not only to provide free medical consultations, screenings, and health education, but also to demonstrate the love of God in a practical, dignifying way. Each outreach becomes a bridge—connecting physical care with spiritual encouragement, strengthening local churches, and sowing seeds of hope in families and communities across Central America.
