1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bethesda Foundation International website and any content, features, or services offered through it (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Ministry and Informational Nature
The content on this Site is provided for informational and ministry purposes only. It does not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or counseling advice.
You should not rely on any content on the Site as a substitute for professional advice appropriate to your situation.

By submitting content, you grant Bethesda Foundation International a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content in connection with our ministry and communication (for example, testimonies), subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review and remove any content that we consider inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

If you make a donation or payment through the Site:
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
- Payments may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., payment gateways). We are not responsible for errors or security issues arising from those third-party services but we aim to work with reputable providers.
- All donations are voluntary. Whether or how they may be tax-deductible depends on your local laws and our legal status in your jurisdiction. Please consult a tax professional for guidance.

We do not warrant that:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bethesda Foundation International, its leaders, staff, volunteers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
If liability is found, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us related to your use of the Site during the six (6) months prior to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bethesda Foundation International and its leaders, staff, volunteers, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You agree that any disputes arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Houston Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Termination
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Site.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease, but relevant provisions of these Terms (such as Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will indicate when they were last revised. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
