Bethesda Foundation International is a faith-based missions and leadership organisation committed to transforming lives and communities — from across the street to across the world.

We stand at the intersection of church, community, and marketplace, helping pastors, ministries, NGOs, and purpose-driven companies design and deliver programs that bring together the hope of the Gospel and practical, measurable impact.

Through leadership training, youth empowerment, global missions, crusades, and community health outreaches, Bethesda Foundation International equips leaders and teams to serve with excellence, compassion, and cultural sensitivity.

Our Story

Bethesda Foundation International was birthed out of a simple but urgent conviction: The mission is not someday—the mission is now.

From early teaching programs and local trainings, the work quickly grew beyond one city or one nation. Bethesda has since been involved in:

Teaching and leadership programs for pastors, church workers, and volunteers
A historic 100,000-man crusade in Nicaragua
Leadership trainings in Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Panama
Youth workshops such as the 1,000-Youth Workshop in Nicaragua
Leadership and training conferences across the United States and Nigeria

Over the years, Bethesda Foundation International has become a trusted partner for churches and ministries seeking more than events—they want structure, follow-up, and sustainable impact. Today, Bethesda continues to focus on both local and global missions, helping God’s people step confidently into what He has called them to do.

About Our Founders

Olalekan Ayeni and team

Olalekan Ayeni and the team are the founder and leader of Bethesda Foundation International. He is a seasoned missions leader, trainer, and conference speaker with a heart for both local communities and the nations.

Over the years, Olalekan has been involved in:

Teaching programs and leadership development for church leaders and volunteers
Planning and supporting large crusades and mission campaigns across Africa, North and South America.
Leading youth empowerment and training initiatives
Advising churches and ministries on growth, outreach, and volunteer systems

He is also the author of the book:
Across the Street, Across the World: The Mission is Now,
a call to believers to live on mission wherever God has placed them; whether at home, in the workplace, or in distant nations, and the book Faith & Missions, A Memoir of an Ordinary Man Backed Up by God.

Olalekan’s passion is to see believers equipped, churches strengthened, and organisations aligned with God’s heart for people, combining spiritual depth with practical strategy.
