In 2021, God opened a remarkable door for Bethesda Foundation International to step onto the soil of South America and the Caribbean—a mission tour that would stretch our faith, our feet, and our vision. From the bustling streets of Venezuela and Peru, to the vibrant communities of Colombia, Ecuador, Aruba, and Argentina, this journey became far more than a ministry schedule; it became a living picture of the Gospel in motion.

Across these nations, we saw the same hunger in different languages: people longing for hope, healing, and truth. Crusade grounds filled with worship and the Word. Clinics and medical outreaches brought practical care to families who had been waiting for help. Seminars and leadership sessions poured strength into pastors, workers, and young leaders determined to serve their generation.
